    These are a lot of great commercial mixers that can help out the restaurant, for sure. I've been thinking about getting one from Roger & Sons... but I can't choose which one? Globe? Fleetwood? Choices are tough.

    Bottom line is that you 100% need a certified NSF Commercial mixer to do the dirty work in your kitchen!
