Share with us this week what you're working on, your current struggles with your restaurant and how you spend your days. Are you the first in and last out? Do you arrive in the afternoon and close up your restaurant running reports at night? Are you the prep cook, host, office manager/worker, general manager, chef? Do you manage the books, prepare the payroll, pay the taxes and calculate the expenses? Maybe you book the reservations and meet with customers wanting banquets.
How are you most productive at your business? Do you work daily on customer service, advertising, social media, training staff, creating an email list or something else?
